Book of Ra
Coin Strike is one of those games that looks simple for about two minutes and then quietly eats your afternoon. You flick coins across a wooden board, trying to line up chain reactions and clear each layout in as few shots as possible. The physics are the whole point — coins slide, spin, and bump into each other in ways that feel fair but keep surprising you.
Controls are pure touch. You pull back to aim, adjust the angle with your thumb, and release. There's a subtle haptic tick on a clean hit that makes good shots feel earned. Later stages add obstacles and moving platforms, so the clean puzzle-arcade loop slowly turns into something you have to plan a few moves ahead.
What won me over was the pacing. Levels are short, failure never feels cheap, and there's no pressure to rush. I ended up replaying boards just to beat my own shot count. It runs smoothly on older phones too, which is more than I can say for a lot of flashier releases.
